Hi, I'm Nashia! I'm a digital illustrator and freelance artist based in Ottawa, Canada. My Instagram handle is Nerdcissist or @nerdcissist__ which is the business name I operate under.Originating from Bangladesh, my style has evolved over the past 10 years of practicing my craft. While I began with acrylic paint, nowadays, I dabble more in digital art. Over the past 3 years, I completed various projects which has awarded me a more in-depth perspective of the nature of my work and industry standards, as well as an exposure to Canadian customer needs. Please read carefully before requesting commission work:1. No image on this website is to be recreated & sold for profit without crediting the owner, i.e., myself.2. Custom digital illustrations are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or put into an AI engine.3. You can reach me over email or Instagram messages to request custom designs. Please be patient about response time. I strive to respond within 24 - 48 hours.4. Custom illustration rate depends on the nature of the work. For example, the complexity of the design, dimensions, framing for a print, or product delivery add to the base price of the custom piece.5. Murals are charged per square foot, starting at $15/sqft for simple designs with 2-3 colours and lettering. Additional charges include transport, tools, etc.6. A mockup design will be shared in the beginning to confirm before starting work. I will also share updates of the work while in progress. Reviews & feedback at this stage are welcome and highly encouraged as this avoids any grievances once the work is completed. Once completed, 2-3 revisions are accepted at no cost.7. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the design. Ideally, digital illustrations take 4-5 days, mural 4-7 days, canvas paintings 7-10 days.8. Payment is accepted via e-transfer. 50% will be charged in the beginning and the rest at the time of completion & handover.9.
